If a covered product develops a genuine manufacturing issue during the warranty period, you can submit a warranty claim through the Veloraa Replacement Form.

The warranty does not cover accidental drops, water or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Veloraa primarily follows a replacement-first policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will first arrange a replacement in accordance with our 7-day replacement policy or 6-month warranty, as applicable.

If the issue remains unresolved even after the replacement, you may request a refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
